Terms of Service

Last updated 31 October 2026. These terms are the agreement between you and YUPIS. By opening an account, paying money in, or using any part of this site, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not open an account.

1. What YUPIS is

YUPIS is an online investment platform. You pay in with cryptocurrency and place that money into one of our plans. A plan pays you a fixed rate on a fixed schedule for as long as its term runs, and where the plan says so, the amount you put in — your principal — comes back to you when the term ends. Section 4 lists every plan open today.

We are not a bank, a broker, or a licensed financial institution, and we do not hold client money in a regulated account. Nothing on this site is financial advice. You decide what to invest and you carry the risk of that decision.

2. Your account

  • You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and at least 18.
  • One account per person. Extra accounts made to collect referral commission on yourself will be closed and their balances forfeited.
  • The details you register with must be true, and kept up to date.
  • Your password and your two-factor code are yours to protect. Anything done with your credentials is treated as done by you.
  • Tell us immediately if you think someone else has reached your account.

We do not ask for identity documents to open an account today. We may introduce identity checks later, for all members or for particular accounts, and a withdrawal may be held until such a check is complete.

3. Paying money in

Deposits are accepted in cryptocurrency only: today USDT (BEP20), LTC, DOGE, BNB and BTC (BEP20). The coins we accept, and the limits for each, are shown on the deposit page, and they can change.

  • A deposit is credited once the network confirms it, not when you send it. How long that takes is the network's business, not ours.
  • Send only the coin and the network the payment page names. USDT and BNB share BEP20 addresses; USDT sent to a BNB address is never credited, and the same is true of any other coin sent to the wrong address.
  • BTC here is BTC on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20), not the Bitcoin network. It is sent to a 0x address. BTC sent from a Bitcoin wallet, or on the Bitcoin network, is never credited.
  • Coins sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network, or after the payment page has expired cannot be recovered by us or by anyone else.
  • Your deposit wallet holds money you have paid in but not yet invested. It earns nothing while it sits there.

4. The plans

These are the plans open for new investments today, read from the plans themselves each time this page is shown.

PlanAmountRateTermTotal return
Conservative$5 – $50,0003% a day7 days, 7 payouts21% + your principal
Moderate$499 – $90,00015% a day10 days, 10 payouts150%, principal included
Whale$1,000 – $5,0003.5% every 6 hours (14% a day)15 days, 60 payouts210%, principal included

Points worth reading twice:

  • Each plan is calculated on the amount you put into it, and pays at the rate and interval in the table from the moment you invest until its last payout.
  • Payouts land in your earning wallet by themselves. There is nothing to claim, and you can withdraw them whenever you like.
  • Where the table says “+ your principal”, your principal is returned in full when the term ends, into your earning wallet, with the plan’s last payout. Where it says the principal is not returned, the payouts are all the plan pays.
  • You can run more than one plan at a time.
  • Changing a plan's terms does not change investments already running. New terms apply to new investments.

5. Your principal during the term

A running plan cannot be closed early, and its principal cannot be taken out part way. What the plan has paid you along the way is already yours, in your earning wallet.

6. Taking money out

  • Withdrawals are paid from your earning wallet in cryptocurrency, to an address you provide.
  • The minimum and maximum per request depend on the coin, and are shown on the withdrawal page. There is no withdrawal fee, though the network's own fee may apply.
  • Check the address before you submit it. A payment sent to an address you typed wrongly is gone, and we cannot reverse it. BTC is paid on BNB Smart Chain to a 0x address; a Bitcoin address starting bc1, 1 or 3 cannot receive it.
  • Withdrawals are sent automatically, as soon as you request them.
  • A withdrawal that looks like fraud, like an attack on another member's account, or like money from a source we cannot accept, will be held while we look at it.
  • We may refuse a withdrawal, or reverse a credit, where the deposit behind it was never actually paid, was reversed, or was created by exploiting a fault in the site.

7. Referrals

Every account has a referral link.

When someone who signed up through your link makes a deposit, you earn a commission on it, four levels deep:

LevelOn deposits
Direct referral8%
Second level3%
Third level2%
Level 41%

Commission lands in your earning wallet as soon as what earned it is credited. It is paid from our side and costs your referral nothing.

Referral commission is for introducing real people. Accounts you made yourself, accounts made with borrowed identities, spam, misleading claims about what YUPIS guarantees, and paid traffic that produces empty registrations are all grounds for removing commission and closing the accounts involved.

8. Risk

Read this section properly.

  • Nothing here is guaranteed. The rates on the plans page are what we pay while we are operating. They are not a promise about the future.
  • Your principal is at risk. You can lose some or all of it.
  • Returns, and the return of your principal, depend on YUPIS continuing to operate. If the service stops, payouts stop, and money still in a running plan may not be recoverable.
  • Cryptocurrency prices move, networks fail, and transactions are irreversible.
  • Invest only what you can afford to lose entirely. Do not invest borrowed money, and do not invest money you need for anything else.

9. What is not allowed

  • Using the site through another person's account, or letting someone use yours.
  • Multiple accounts, automated sign-ups, or anything built to farm referral commission.
  • Attacking, probing, or overloading the site, or exploiting a fault instead of reporting it.
  • Money from crime, sanctions evasion, or any source we are not permitted to accept.
  • Presenting YUPIS to other people as risk-free, guaranteed, licensed, or insured.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, hold what is in it while we investigate, and forfeit balances built from the breach.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the site up, but we do not promise it. Maintenance, network trouble, a payment processor's outage, or an attack can interrupt it. Payouts are calculated on schedule and are not lost because the site was briefly unreachable.

11. Our liability

To the extent the law allows, YUPIS is not liable for investment losses, for coins sent to a wrong or mistyped address, for delays caused by a blockchain or a payment processor, or for losses that follow from someone else reaching your account. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top says when it last changed. Continuing to use your account after a change means you accept it. A change never alters what an already-running investment was promised.

13. Closing your account

You may stop using YUPIS at any time. Let your running plans reach the end of their term, withdraw your earning wallet, and ask us to close the account. We may close an account that has broken these terms, or stop offering the service, in which case we will say so on this site.

14. Reaching us
